If you are not 100% satisfied with your Purchase, we are happy to exchange for another item or provide a credit note.
Please note - regrettably we cannot offer exchanges on Jewellery, Intimates & SALE items. This applies to both Australian and International orders.
There are just 3 simple rules in order to return or exchange a product with La Petite Maison.
1. Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving item(s).
2. Original tags must remain attached.
3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging.
No items which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange.
Contact La Petite Maison via email at [email protected] and notify us of your intended exchange or return.
To post the item, you will need to purchase a prepaid Express Post Satchel at your local post office.
Included the following items in your satchel:
· Items you wish to return/exchange
· La Petite Maison invoice
Once your package is received by La Petite Maison your exchange or credit voucher shall be processed immediately and an email will be sent to you to confirm this.
Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items. A Credit Voucher will be given for the original value at time of purchase, excluding the shipping cost.
Please note, La Petite Maison cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep that tracking number safe!
